This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Trust Fall Technology Group (“Trust Fall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as operator of trust-fall.com and related webpages, forms, chat features, and business communications (collectively, the “Services”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information. “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It does not include information excluded from applicable law, such as properly de-identified or aggregated information.
This Policy applies to website visitors, business contacts, prospective and current clients, vendors, partners, job candidates, and other individuals whose information we process for our business-to-business activities. It does not govern personal information we process solely on behalf of a client under that client’s instructions; the client’s privacy notice applies in that situation. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services or provide personal information to us.
1. Who We Are

2. Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. We may collect identifiers and contact details, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, employer, professional title, mailing address, account credentials, and communication preferences. We also collect the content of inquiries, project requests, chat messages, survey responses, applications, contracts, and other communications you send to us.
Transaction and commercial information. If you purchase or request services, we may collect billing contact details, payment-related information, transaction records, project requirements, service history, and information necessary to fulfill and support the engagement. Payment-card information may be processed directly by our payment providers and may not be stored by Trust Fall.
Device, internet, and usage information. When you use the Services, we and our providers may collect IP address, cookie or device identifiers, browser type and settings, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, dates and times of access, session activity, and interactions with forms, chat, emails, and other features.
Professional and business information. We may collect employer, industry, job function, seniority, professional profile information, business address, business telephone number, business email domain, company size, revenue range, location, and similar business attributes.
Information from third-party business information providers. We obtain business contact and professional information from data providers and business information services, including ZoomInfo. This may include first and last name, employer, professional title or role, business email address, business telephone number, business address, professional profile data, and inferred business interests. We may receive information about individuals who have not interacted directly with us.
Recruiting information. If you apply for work, we may collect your resume, work and education history, qualifications, references, portfolio, compensation expectations, work authorization, and other information relevant to recruitment.
Inferences. We may infer interests, preferences, likelihood of interest in our services, or company-level buying signals from the information described above.
Sensitive personal information. We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through the public website. Please do not submit government identifiers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a legitimate purpose. If we process sensitive personal information, we use it only for permitted purposes or with consent where required.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you; automatically from your browser, device, and interactions with the Services; from cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies; from our clients, vendors, partners, event organizers, and referral sources; from social networks and publicly available sources; from marketing, recruiting, analytics, and security providers; from business information providers such as ZoomInfo; and from our corporate systems, including customer relationship management and communications platforms.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services; respond to inquiries and project requests; prepare proposals and fulfill contracts; process transactions; manage client, vendor, and partner relationships; provide support; secure our systems and prevent fraud or misuse; troubleshoot and perform analytics; maintain business records; recruit and evaluate candidates; comply with law; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or similar corporate transaction.
We also use business contact information for business-to-business sales, marketing, recruiting, and business development, including identifying and contacting potential clients, partners, vendors, and candidates; measuring interest in our offerings; creating and enriching business records; prioritizing accounts and outreach; and sending relevant communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may continue to send non-marketing communications where necessary for an existing relationship, transaction, or legal obligation.
5. ZoomInfo and Website Identification Technologies
We use ZoomInfo Technologies LLC (“ZoomInfo”) for business information, sales intelligence, data enrichment, and website-related services. Depending on the features enabled, these services may include ZoomInfo WebSights, Buyer ID, FormComplete, ZoomInfo Chat, SalesOS, Copilot, and related integrations.
WebSights and Buyer ID. When enabled and permitted by your consent choices, ZoomInfo technology may collect or receive IP address, device and browser information, cookie or similar identifiers, email-domain information where available, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, and other browsing activity. We use this information to understand how visitors interact with the website, identify companies showing interest in our services, improve website functionality, measure marketing performance, prioritize business development, and support relevant business outreach. If Buyer ID or a similar identification feature is enabled, collected information may be associated with a visitor’s identity or business contact profile.
FormComplete and form activity. ZoomInfo may help populate, validate, enrich, and process information entered into website forms. We and our providers may collect and use information you enter to respond to your request, manage business opportunities, improve records, prevent fraud, and provide or improve the relevant functionality. If an abandoned-forms feature is enabled, information typed into a form may be collected before you submit the form. The notice displayed with the form will indicate whether collection occurs upon input or submission.
ZoomInfo Chat. If a ZoomInfo-powered chat or AI chatbot is available, we and ZoomInfo may collect, use, and disclose information you enter in the chat, along with device and interaction data, to conduct the conversation, respond to requests, qualify and route inquiries, improve functionality, and support business development. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or legally privileged information into a chatbot.
ZoomInfo data roles. For some services ZoomInfo acts as our service provider or processor and processes information under our instructions. For other activities, including certain business information services, ZoomInfo and Trust Fall may each act as an independent controller responsible for its own processing. ZoomInfo’s privacy practices and choices are described in the ZoomInfo Privacy Center at https://www.zoominfo.com/about-zoominfo/privacy-center and its privacy policy at https://www.zoominfo.com/legal/privacy-policy. Requests concerning Trust Fall’s use of information should be directed to Trust Fall; requests concerning ZoomInfo’s independent records should be directed to ZoomInfo.
Consent controls. We configure non-essential ZoomInfo website scripts and similar tracking technologies to operate subject to the consent and opt-out controls required by applicable law and our contractual obligations. In particular, the ZoomInfo script should not operate for visitors in California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom until required consent has been obtained. You may withdraw consent or change non-essential cookie choices through the cookie settings tool available on the website. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, scripts, software development kits, and device identifiers. We and third parties use these technologies for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary. To provide requested functionality, maintain security, prevent fraud, balance network traffic, remember privacy choices, and operate forms and essential site features.
Functional. To remember settings and enhance convenience and personalization.
Analytics and performance. To measure traffic, understand interactions, diagnose problems, and improve the website and services.
Advertising, sales intelligence, and identification. To measure campaigns, understand business interest, associate activity with companies or business contacts where permitted, build or enrich business profiles, and support relevant business outreach.
You can use our cookie settings tool to accept, reject, or change choices for non-essential technologies. You can also adjust browser settings, although doing so may affect functionality. Where legally required, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because cookie controls are browser- and device-specific, you may need to repeat your choices on another browser or device. The current cookie settings interface identifies the technologies in use, their providers, purposes, and available retention information.
7. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Processing
Where the European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection laws apply, we process personal data on one or more of these bases: performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract; compliance with legal obligations; consent, including consent for non-essential tracking where required; and our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Our legitimate interests include operating and securing our business and Services; responding to business inquiries; maintaining and improving business records; understanding engagement with our website and offerings; preventing fraud; and conducting proportionate business-to-business sales, marketing, recruiting, and business development. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, as described below. Where required, we provide notice after obtaining information from a third party and no later than the time prescribed by applicable law.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to hosting, cloud, information technology, security, analytics, communications, email, payment, customer support, customer relationship management, marketing, recruiting, professional-services, and data-management providers; to ZoomInfo and other business information providers; to clients, vendors, event partners, referral sources, and collaborators where necessary for an engagement; to professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors; to government authorities, courts, or others when required or permitted by law; and to actual or prospective parties to a corporate transaction.
We may disclose personal information at your direction or with your consent. We may also disclose deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures involving cookies, sales-intelligence providers, analytics, advertising, or data-sharing integrations may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state laws even when no money changes hands. Where required, we provide a method to opt out and honor applicable browser-based opt-out signals. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, managing relationships, honoring opt-outs, meeting legal and contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the relationship and context in which it was collected, operational need, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements.
Business contact information obtained from ZoomInfo or another provider is generally retained while it remains relevant to a legitimate business-to-business purpose, during the provider relationship, or as necessary to document communications and honor suppression requests. We periodically review records and delete, deidentify, or archive information when it is no longer needed. We may retain minimal information on a suppression list for as long as necessary to ensure that an opt-out is respected.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, vendor management, backups, training, and incident-response procedures. No system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate safeguards when communicating with us and for protecting any credentials under your control.
11. International Transfers
Trust Fall and its providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required for transfers from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for information about the transfer mechanism applicable to your information.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of processing; obtain a copy or portability of personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; opt out of certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal our response; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email legal@trust-fall.com. We may need to retain a suppression record to honor your choice.
Cookies and targeted advertising. Use the website’s cookie settings tool. Where applicable, we honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals. Browser settings may also limit cookies but do not necessarily complete a legal opt-out request for information already collected.
Submitting a request. Email legal@trust-fall.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” or write to the postal address in Section 1. Describe the right you want to exercise and the information or relationship involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny it as permitted by law. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable, but we may require proof of authorization and verification directly from you.
Response and appeal. We respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Complaints. If EEA or UK law applies, you may complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.
13. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
This section supplements the rest of the Policy for residents of U.S. states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws. It applies only to the extent the relevant law applies to Trust Fall and the individual.
Categories collected. During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected: identifiers and contact information; customer records and transaction information; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity; approximate geolocation; audio, visual, or similar information provided in communications or project materials; professional or employment-related information; education information submitted by candidates; inferences; and, only when necessary and permitted, sensitive personal information.
Sources. We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 3.
Business or commercial purposes. We collect, use, and disclose these categories for the purposes described in Sections 4 and 5.
Recipients. We disclose these categories to the recipient categories described in Section 8. We do not necessarily disclose every category to every recipient.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. In the preceding 12 months, disclosures of identifiers, internet activity, approximate geolocation, professional information, or inferences to analytics, advertising, sales-intelligence, or data-integration providers may have constituted sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under a particular state’s law. You may opt out as described in Section 12. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law unless we provide that right.
California. California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain information about categories of sources, purposes, and recipients, and opt out of sale or sharing. We honor applicable Global Privacy Control signals. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification. California’s “Shine the Light” law may permit certain residents to request information regarding disclosures for third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes.
Nevada. Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of a covered sale under Nevada law by emailing legal@trust-fall.com with “Nevada Opt-Out” in the subject line. Trust Fall does not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration as “sale” is defined by Nevada law.
Other states. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may exercise rights available under their law, including appeals where provided.
14. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites, platforms, social networks, embedded content, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. Review those notices before providing information. Linking to a third party does not mean we endorse or control its privacy practices.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact legal@trust-fall.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, Services, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Policy and update the effective or last-reviewed date. If required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
