With more than 20 years of experience in tech and infrastructure, Doug has built a model that drives organizations from startup to multimillion-dollar growth, breaking away from traditional approaches and creating a path all their own. His bold leadership and forward-thinking strategies have resulted in multiple award-winning projects and consistent year-over-year growth, proving that integrity and innovation can coexist at the highest levels of success.
Darryl Shipman brings 35 years of expertise in digital signage and large-format exterior integrations, having successfully scaled companies to over $50+ million in annual revenue. He has built, scaled, and exited an electrical sign company, demonstrating a deep understanding of growth and operational excellence. Renowned for managing complex LED integrations, Darryl has led some of the largest display projects in the western United States, consistently delivering high-impact results across multiple overlapping initiatives while keeping team culture and precision at the forefront.
Ivan Kecman leads the technical execution of Trust Fall’s most complex projects across gaming, hospitality, and immersive entertainment. Before joining Trust Fall, Ivan spent more than a decade with Celebrity Cruises as Fleet Technical Director, overseeing entertainment technology across a global fleet and helping deliver five Edge-class new builds and more than 20 original productions. Known for bringing clarity to complexity, Ivan has built his career executing in high-performance environments where precision and reliability are non-negotiable, and he brings that same standard of excellence to every project he leads.
Mark Whitehouse is Vice President of Sales at Trust Fall, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the custom electric sign and digital display industry. Throughout his career, he has led the delivery of large-scale LED and visual communication projects for premier destinations, major brands, and high-profile developments across North America. Combining deep industry expertise with a client-focused approach, Mark specializes in developing strategic solutions that bring complex signage and technology initiatives from concept to completion.
Maxwell Zetlin is Managing Partner of ExtraPRO by Trust Fall, leading the delivery of entertainment, media, and technology experiences across Southeast Asia. Previously serving as Senior Vice President at Okada Manila, Maxwell oversaw two operating divisions within the $4 billion integrated resort development, helping shape one of the region’s premier entertainment destinations. An entrepreneur and business leader, Maxwell brings Trust Fall’s integrated approach to media, technology, and experiential design from North America to the Asia-Pacific region, driven by a hospitality-first mindset and a passion for creating experiences that elevate brands, destinations, and audiences.
